2 Good to be True
  1. This “2 Good to be True” promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd (“U Mobile”) which will commence at 00:01 on 3 August 2020 and will end at 23:59 on 3 September 2020 (“Promotion Period”)

  2. All entries received before or after the Promotion Period will be automatically disqualified.

  3. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).

  4. Promotion Eligibility

    1. Promotion is open to all Active U Mobile Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.

    2. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any transaction or participation without assigning any reasons.

  5. Promotion Mechanics

    1. This is a Buy 1 Free 1 promotion where you will receive free item or free subscription of equivalent value (“Promotion Items”) as set out in the Table 1 below, when you pay your purchases of the services from U Mobile’s service providers using U Mobile’s direct carrier billing service.

    2. For the service providers’ service which is subscription-based, this Promotion is only applicable for new subscriptions during the Promotion Period. Any existing service subscription which is due for renewal during Promotion Period will not be eligible.

    3. To participate in this Promotion :

      1. You must select your preferred service via U Mobile’s promotional webpage (u.my/2g2bt);

      2. You will then be directed to the respective service provider’s website;

      3. You must select the Promotion Items as listed in the Table 1 below:

      5. You must select “U Mobile” as payment option during checkout.

  6. Redemption of Promotion Items

    1. Redemption of the Promotion Items is subject to the respective service providers’ terms and conditions as set out in Table 2 below or in the respective service providers’ website.

    2. The Promotion Items will be automatically credited to your account registered with the respective service provider as set out in Table 2 below:

      1. For purchases done on website (https://www.bigo.tv/), you can purchase the Promotion Items before logging into your BIGO LIVE account.

      2. Promotion Items will be automatically credited to your BIGO LIVE’s account 5 days after purchase.

      Tinder
      1. Click on the voucher code shown in the Thank You page.

      2. Voucher code will be automatically prefilled in the Redemption page. Click Submit.

      3. Login to your Tinder account to complete the redemption.

      4. Voucher code must be redeemed within 30 days upon purchase.

    4. The Promotion Items are given on “as is” basis and on first come first served basis, subject to stock availability. U Mobile is not responsible for the merchantability and availability of the Promotion Items. Service providers reserve the right to substitute the Promotion Items with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.

    7. You must ensure that your Prepaid or Postpaid account is Active during the Promotion Period and at the point of redemption.

  7. General

    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Promotion are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.

    2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Promotion and extending the Promotion Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is the participant’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if the participant do not agree to any of the changes, they must immediately cease participation in the Promotion.

    3. All Promotion Items are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Promotion. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Promotion.

    4. By participating in the Promotion, all participants: -

      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Promotion; and

      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

    5. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Prepaid and Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid and Postpaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid or Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.

    6. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The customers agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this.
