Pay your bills quickly and securely via convenient online and offline channels.

1. Online Bill Payment

You can now make a bill payment for any U Mobile postpaid account without having to login to your Self Care account. Pay for yourself or your staff, anytime, anywhere!

  1. Enter a U Mobile account number and the required details

  2. Enter your payment amount

  3. Select a payment method

  4. Confirm your payment details and proceed to make payment

1. U Mobile Store

Pay your bills via cash, cheque or card.

Accepted cards:

  • Locally issued Visa, MasterCard and AMEX credit cards
  • Locally issued Visa and MasterCard debit cards
  • ATM card bearing the word “BankCard”

3. Auto debit

Activate auto debit and we'll charge your credit or debit card on a fixed schedule every month. Head over to your nearest U Mobile Customer Service Centre or participating dealer for a one-time registration to start using auto debit.

3. Pos Online

Pos Online accepts payment from any Savings / Current Account of the following banks:

  • Bank Islam
  • CIMB Bank
  • RHB Bank
  • Public Bank
  • Affin Bank
  • Al Rajhi Bank

MEPS Cash, Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.

4. JomPAY

JomPAY accepts payment from any savings, Current or Credit Card Account of banks in Malaysia. Just logon to your preffered internet or Mobile Banking and pay with Biller Code and Ref-1 sated on your bill

JomPAY online at Internet and Mobile Banking with your Current or Saving Account

  1. Login to your preferred Internet or Mobile Banking channel.

  2. Select JomPAY from the Pay Bills menu

  3. Fill in the required information and click submit

  4. Verify the information before confirming the transaction

  5. A unique JomPAY Reference No. will be provided upon successful transaction

5. Direct Transfer

Pay your bills via direct fund transfer to the following account:

  • Bank: RHB
  • Account name: U Mobile Sdn Bhd
  • Account no.: 2142 1300 0357 66

Email a screenshot of your transfer slip to with your company’s name, company’s U Mobile Account No. and amount paid.

Postal mail

We accept payment via cheques made payable to U Mobile Sdn. Bhd. Remember to write your account number on the reverse side of the cheque and enclose the payment slip from your bill.

  • Please ensure all transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia.
  • We do not accept cash payments sent via mail.
  • All non-cash payments should be crossed and made payable to U Mobile Sdn. Bhd.
  • Please state your name/company name and bill account no. on the reverse side of cheque and at the reference column of the respective bank-in payment slip.
  • Post-dated cheques and alterations on cheques will not be accepted.
  • For outstation cheques, please include a commision for inland exchange of 0.03% of the cheque amount or a minimum of RM0.50, whichever is greater.
  • Your payment will take a minimum of 1 working day from the date of receipt to be updated into your Account.
  • Your service will be subjected to temporary interruption if full payment is not received by the due date.
  • Interest will be charged on the overdue amount at 1.5% or RM10 per month whichever is higher.
  • For reactivation of line, a reconnection fee of RM10 per line applies.

  • Customer who makes payment via Online Banking and Maybank ATM needs to pay to EACH account numbers/ lines accordingly. (Account No is required.)
  • Customer who makes payment via IBG transfer is required to furnish the following mandatory details: 1) Company Name; 2) Company’s U Mobile Account No; 3) Amount (RM)
