Enterprise Hero Plus

All Malaysians and foreigners above 18 years of age are eligible. It is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins, prepaid to postpaid migrations and change of rate plans.

For new users, respective premium subscription will automatically be renewed after 30 days. However, to unsubscribe or change to a different free video subscription, subscribers must perform the changes before the renewal date (between 30 days validity). Changes will only be reflected after the next renewal date.

You will need to cancel your current premium subscription first before its renewal. Activate your free video subscription once the previous premium subscription expires at http://www.u.com.my/P98/freevideos or you will need to create a new account with our respective partners.

Yes. For example, video subscription A is a 30 days subscription. If a subscriber activates it on 15th July 2016, the video Subscription renewal will be on 14th August 2016. Therefore, the subscriber is allowed to change to a different free video Subscription by 14th August 2016.

Yes, you will receive a SMS reminder 2 days prior to the renewal date of your current free video subscription. Your free video subscription will be renewed if you do not make any changes.

No, as your premium access will be terminated. However, your non-premium account will still be active with our respective video partners.

An access fee is for the subscription of the plan (Eg: U28 = RM28/mth, P70 = RM70/mth) and is charged on a monthly basis.

An advance access fee is charged in advance to your account and will be reflected in your first month bill. If you do not pay your bill by the due date, this advance access fee may be used to offset any outstanding charges. Upon set off or deduction, we may also require you to pay a further advance fee in an amount that we determine. Any remaining balance of the advance fee will be refunded to you without interest if you terminate your postpaid plan, provided all outstanding charges have been settled.

All voice and SMS allocation within the rate plan bundle will be prorated based on activation date. Data allocation will not be prorated.
