U Platinum & U Premium

U Platinum and U Premium plans are Postpaid Voice & Data Plans to meet the needs of Enterprise customers.

The Advance Payment is RM996* which will be used to pay for your initial monthly bills. * Upfront payment is equivalent to 2 months of U Platinum Access Fee. (RM498 x 2 months)

The remainder of the Advance Payment that has not been offset in the monthly bills will be forfeited. Early Termination Charges (ETC) will also apply.

Yes. But downgrading is only allowed after full completion* of the contract, ie. 36 months. *Full completion includes full settlement of all amounts due to U Mobile by the subscriber.

There is no limit but 1 subscriber is eligible for 3 principal lines. You can sign up to 3 rate plans with U Mobile. This will include existing voice / broadband plans and the Voice & Data plans.

The credit limit for U Platinum is RM1000.

No. Free Voice and SMS are only for local usage. Data roaming charges will apply.
