#UCubaTry MNP Rebate Promotion
  1. This U Mobile ‘#UCubaTry MNP Rebate’ Promotion ("Promotion") by U Mobile Sdn Bhd (“U Mobile”) will commence at 00:00 on 23 April 2019 and continue until further notice ("Promotion Period").

  2. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below ("Terms and Conditions").

  3. Promotion Eligibility
    This Promotion is open to all successful port-in to either Unlimited Hero Postpaid P99 ("P99") or P139 Plan during the Promotion Period.

  4. Promotion Mechanics
    1. You must perform successful port-in from another service provider to P99 or P139 Plan during the Promotion Period via U Mobile service centres, authorised dealers and online channel (collectively "U Mobile channels").

    2. Each eligible subscriber is only entitled to the rebate ("Rebate") under this Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Any subscriber who participates in this Promotion and subsequently terminates the account and activates or re-activates a new line or device bundle plan during the Promotion Period will no longer be eligible for this Promotion. In this case, no Rebate will be granted from the termination or change of rate plan month. Any remaining balance of the Rebate will be automatically forfeited.


  5. Rebate
    1. All eligible P99 and P139 subscribers who perform successful port-in via U Mobile channel are entitled to RM10 Rebate for 12 consecutive months that will be reflected in subsequent monthly bill statement.

    2. The eligible Postpaid P99 and P139 subscribers are only entitled to one–time Rebate for each billing period, subject always to the following conditions:
      1. The Rebate is for 12 consecutive Postpaid billing period commencing from the second month following the activation month ("Rebate Period").

      2. The subscriber will only receive the Rebate when the line is Active during the Rebate Period.

      3. Rebate will not be granted if the P99 or P139 line is suspended.
        For instance if the P99 line activation date is on 27 April 2019, the 1 st bill is on 15 May 2019 (no rebate), the first rebate will reflect in subsequent bill on 15 June 2019. If the line is suspended on 15 July 2019 and later reactivated on 16 August 2019, the subscriber will not receive rebate on his bill dated 15 August 2019.and the next rebate will reflect in his bill dated 15 September 2019 (4 th rebate) provided the line is active during then. Therefore, the subscriber will receive 11 Rebates in total instead of 12 Rebates.

      4. The following Table illustrates the Rebate payable dates based on successful port-in/activation date:

    3. The Rebate for P99 or P139 is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash in full or in part.


  6. General
    1. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions and may end trial, suspend this Promotion or extend the Promotion Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Promotion.

    2. By participating in the Promotion, all participants: -
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Promotion;

      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and

      3. Grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

    3. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid and Prepaid mobile service are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid and Prepaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid and Prepaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.

    4. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Promotion.
